Tissue resident memory T cells and clinical outcomes after lung transplantation

The focus of Dr. Snyder’s research is to study the dynamics of donor T cell persistence and recipient-derived T cell formation in the allograft of the lung and how this impacts clinical outcomes following transplantation.  Of particular interest is investigating the signals leading to tissue residency formation by graft-infiltrating recipient-derived T cells.
