Delgoffe Lab publishes in Nature Cell Biology on the immunosuppressive functions of tumor nutrients

Work from the Delgoffe lab, led by postdoc Dr. Drew Wilfahrt and Tsinghua scholar Dr. Yupeng Wang, was recently published in Nature Cell Biology. This paper studies the metabolic environment of tumors, testing the effects of a physiologic media based off of the metabolome of tumors on T cell function and fate. This work was based on a strong collaboration with researchers at the University of Chicago.
