- Problem Log
- We are now using iLab to handle sort requests.
- We are no longer using the New User Form to onboard new users. Please do the following, instead:
- Create an account in iLab. If you already have one, you can use that one. If you don't already have one, please use your Pitt ID to log in if possible.
- Be sure to link your iLab account to your PI's lab, and have your PI approve an account for you to use for your flow cytometry projects.
- Under the "Request Services" tab for the Unified Flow Core, select what you need in terms of Building Access, Training/Instrument Access, and to join our mailing list. Someone from the Unified Flow Core will contact you within 1-2 business days to address your request.
- If you only wish to sort with us, be sure to sign up for the email list, and then go to Schedule Equipment to find our sorter schedules. When you sign up for a block of time, please understand that your sort has to be approved by us before we can commit to it. (Not yet approved = orange, approved = purple). We should respond to your request within a business day.
If you have any questions, please email us at flowcore@pitt.edu.
