Canopy's ZellScanner One is a fully intergrated automated imaging system that enables quantitaitve measure of high-plex protein biomarker assays across a range of sample types. Termed "Chip Cytometry", single cell and whole tissue samples can be loaded onto a chip - the latter via section-on-coverslip attachment. The enlosed chamber acts as a biorepository, providing antibody staining and washing via stain/wash/photobleach cycles, and then stored with tissue preservation for up to two years. This non-destructive analysis allows for multiple interrogations of the same sample.
